The next update of Measures is almost done and i am planning to submit it in the next days. Here is the short list of major features and improvements: - Clothes and shoes sizes conversions
- All old (pre-EUR) european currencies which are deactivated by default.. But if you need them, they are there
- Asian units (Chinese and Japanese) in categories length, area, mass and volume
- Old russian units in same categories
- Bigger, more readable display with conversion information split into two lines
- User interface localized in Japanese, Spanish, French and Italian
- More units in general... as usual

I noticed some comments in iTunes that Measures doesn't allow to perform temperature conversions with negative numbers, since there is no button for changing the sign. Well, i admit it might be not easy to find. But it is there! It is a part of the built in calculator which is activated by tapping the display once! (tapping twice would swap the units). Dear users, i am kindly asking if you are not satisfied with something, contact me first. Don't rush to give a bad review. May be we'll find a solution for you problem. The solution might be even already in the app. My apps were always developing based not just on mine but also on users ideas. And constructive feedback is what shapes the apps. Finally, don't forget that good reviews give me energy to continue improving my apps! |

I am very happy to announce that most significant update ever done to Measures is from now "on air"! Thanks for everybody who gave a valuable feedback and shared her/his ideas on how to improve this small utility! |

Measures 1.2.0 is waiting for approval. There were many last minute changes made to the version presented here a couple of days before. This update is targeted to improve the usability of the application and i hope that i go in the right direction with it. There is already a next update in the works which will add even more units and following localizations: French, Spanish, Italian and Japanese. |
